Manchester United, currently sitting third on the table, are now edging closer to securing a spot in the prestigious competition, creating a 10-point gap between themselves and Chelsea.

The match itself proved to be a tactical battle, with both teams struggling to break each other down for most of the game.

However, in the 43rd minute, United’s summer signing Matheus Cunha broke the deadlock after finishing off an impressive cross from in-form Bruno Fernandes.

Chelsea pushed hard in search of an equaliser, hitting the woodwork several times, but ultimately fell short as United secured a narrow win.

The room also featured banners reading 'Old Trafford' and charts of former United teams.

In true comic style, she went all out, even drinking red tea and eating red ugali to match the club’s colours.

Captioning the post, she wrote:

“Full time Chelsea 0 - 1 Man Utd. The red devils have already walked away with three points and have taken over Stamford Bridge. Cunha, the man.”
