James Perch urges England boss to pick Morgan Gibbs-White
Perch was in place for BBC Radio Nottingham and waxed lyrical about Gibbs-White after the game.
He believes the Reds’ talisman is now in a good position to command more chances from Thomas Tuchel on the international stage.
He said: “He was brilliant and I think he showed why he’s got to get a chance with England this summer. He’s different to the others in his position, he’s scored three goals on the left-wing today. He’s really thrown down a marker now.”

Gibbs-White might have been forgiven for thinking his World Cup hopes were in tatters after missing out on last month’s friendlies.
However, he’s been magnificent since that setback and is now on 20 goal contributions for the campaign which is a remarkable turnaround.
Nobody can knock the player’s commitment to the cause and he’s really rolled up his sleeves to showcase his quality.
Whether he can impress Tuchel sufficiently between now and the end of the season to force his way into the reckoning remains to be seen.
Nobody should be writing Gibbs-White off, however, and he’s showing that he’s not willing to throw the towel in on England just yet.
