Arsenal’s pursuit of Athletic Club winger Nico Williams has received a significant boost after Barcelona reportedly decided to end their interest in the Spain international.
The 21-year-old became one of Europe’s most sought-after talents following his impressive performances at Euro 2024, with both Arsenal and Barcelona among the clubs vying for his signature. Despite the intense interest, Williams chose to commit his future to Athletic Club by signing a remarkable ten-year contract last summer.
