Arsenal can face a major transfer battle for Jurrien Timber. The fullback remains well liked by Real Madrid. However, the Gunners see him as part of their future, and will do anything to keep him at the club.
Jurrien Timber attracts interest from Real Madrid
As per reports, Real Madrid are interested to sign Jurrien Timber from Arsenal this transfer window. The fullback from Netherlands joined Arsenal in 2023. At first, when he arrived he was side lined due to multiple injury issues.
However, he recovered well and is now seen as one of the best right backs in the Premier League. In this case, Real Madrid, want to sign a right back as Dani Carvajal’s replacement. Thus, their eyes turn toward Jurrien Timber from Arsenal for a potential transfer.

Real Madrid had signed Trent Alexander Arnold from Liverpool last summer. However, as of now he has failed to create an impact for which he was signed. Trent has been troubled by multiple injury issues. Thus, side lining him from the football pitch for a long time. This has happened multiple times. As a result, he has not been able to adapt and find his rhythm at Real Madrid.
Meanwhile, Dani Carvajal plays his last season. Therefore, Madrid want to sign a right back as his replacement. As a result, Timber becomes an ideal name in that list. His ability to read the game, making sharp crosses attracts attention from many scouts around the world.
Jurrien Timber is a versatile player. He has proven that he can play on either flanks. Thus, providing flexibility and options for the team. It would take a huge offer to convince the Gunners to sell him. Meanwhile, what Jurrien Timber decides will also be a factor in this deal.
