'Shocking' - Leeds United rivals considering huge managerial change before massive Whites clash

Leeds United rivals are considering a managerial change ahead of a huge Whites clash.

Leeds United’s FA Cup rivals Chelsea are reportedly considering the future of boss Liam Rosenior after a huge fresh blow and 114-year first.

Leeds and Chelsea will lock horns in an FA Cup semi-final at Wembley on Sunday, ahead of which a badly out-of-form Blues side travelled to Premier League hosts Brighton on Tuesday night.

Chelsea went into the contest following four straight league losses and having failed to score in all of them.

Matters then got even worse for the Blues at the Amex as Brighton cruised to an easy 3-0 success, Chelsea losing five league games in a row without scoring for the first time since 1912.

As per various reports including from Sky Sports, the club are now considering the future of Rosenior and what to do next.

Sky Sports are reporting that Rosenior remains in charge as things stand but with a change possible before Sunday’s FA Cup semi-final.

Kaveh Solhekol, chief correspondent for Sky Sports and Sky Sports News, reports: “Chelsea’s sporting leadership are now discussing what to do next.

“They are taking stock of the situation after last night’s shocking performance at Brighton.

“Although the club have backed Liam Rosenior up to this point, football is ultimately a results business.

“It’s too early to say whether Rosenior will definitely be in charge for the Leeds game on Sunday.

“As things stand, he remains in charge, but the situation could change. Chelsea players have the day off today.”
