Chelsea fans will likely not want to see former Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim join the club, however it cannot be argued that the incoming signing of Geovany Quenda would be perfect for him.
The Blues are again looking for a new head coach after making the decision to sack Liam Rosenior after just three months in charge.
There was a lack of respect from the Chelsea players towards Rosenior, and ultimately a nightmare run of Premier League form was the catalyst for his sacking at Stamford Bridge.
Who do YOU want to see replace Liam Rosenior now he is sacked?
Future Chelsea star Geovany Quenda would be perfect for Ruben Amorim
The Blues are keen to make the Englishman’s replacement someone with Premier League experience, however Ruben Amorim has not yet come under consideration.
The decision makers will want someone who has the ability to work with the incoming signings too, including Geovany Quenda, who a deal was agreed for over a year ago.

Amorim was very keen to bring Quenda to Old Trafford after giving him his break in the Sporting side at the start of the 2024/25 campaign.
This included four Champions League games, while he scored twice and assisted another two.
Amorim used the youngster on the right of midfield, the position he has continued to star in since the change of manager.
However, Chelsea are planning to use Quenda as a left-winger, likely due to the fact fellow wonderkid Estevao Willian already plays on the right.

Early favourites for Chelsea job
With Chelsea prioritising Premier League experience, it likely rules out a move for Cesc Fabregas, who is currently thriving with Como.
Behdad Eghbali appears to want Andoni Iraola as the next manager. His contract with Bournemouth is set to expire at the end of the season.
Another Premier League boss whose deal is running out is Marco Silva, who is represented by Jorge Mendes. The agent has strong ties to Chelsea.
Until the end of the season though, it will be Calum McFarlane leading the club. This will be the case for the FA Cup semi-final this weekend against Leeds.
