A trip to Wembley is on the Chelsea calendar for their first match of the post-Liam Rosenior era, as the Blues lock horns with Leeds United in the semi-finals of the FA Cup.
The West London giants are bidding to end a four-year exile from the showpiece event but have endured a disastrous time both on and off the field, culminating in the sacking of Rosenior just a few months into a six-year contract.
The former Strasbourg boss oversaw a crushing 3-0 reverse to Brighton & Hove Albion in his final match in charge, one which condemned Chelsea to their seventh loss from eight in all tournaments, only getting the better of Port Vale in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup in that time.
On the other side of the coin, Daniel Farke's men arrive at Elland Road riding a seven-game unbeaten run across all competitions, all but ensuring their place in the Premier League for 2026-27 and allowing them to dream the FA Cup dream.

Despite falling short of Chelsea's overall success in the 21st century, Leeds United can boast a lead in their all-time head-to-head record with the Blues, having beaten the Londoners 41 times to 39, while sharing the spoils on a further 31 of their 111 meetings.
The bulk of Leeds' victories in this fixture came during the 20th century, and it will come as no surprise to learn that Chelsea have lost just three of their last 16 matches against the Whites, winning eight of their last 13 battles.
Most recently, Daniel Farke's Peacocks made the trip to Stamford Bridge and left with a point after coming from behind to earn a 2-2 draw, courtesy of second-half goals from Lukas Nmecha and Noah Okafor.
That triumph meant that Leeds collected four points from their two top-flight encounters with Chelsea in 2025-26, following their impressive 3-1 win over the Blues at Elland Road back in December 2025.
Prior to the Whites' return to the Premier League this term, Chelsea faced Leeds in the fifth round of the 2023-24 FA Cup, though they needed a stoppage-time winner from Conor Gallagher to prevail 3-2 over the then-Championship side.
The Blues did the double over the Whites in the 2021-22 Premier League campaign, but they were held to a 0-0 draw at Elland Road in the 2020-21 season and have only won six of their 49 away games against Leeds.
Of all the teams they have faced at least 20 times in league football, Chelsea's 12.5% win rate at Leeds is their second-worst against a single team away from home, only superior to their 12% ratio against Sheffield Wednesday.
Outside of league action, Chelsea and Leeds memorably contested what has been dubbed the most brutal game of football ever played in England - the 1970 FA Cup final, which the Blues won 2-1 in a replay.
