Ben Wilkinson’s Under-21s secured our place in the next stage of the Play-Offs after a 3-1 triumph over Arsenal at the Joie Stadium on Saturday evening.
Second half goals from Christian McFarlane, Sverre Nypan and Ryan McAidoo saw Ben Wilkinson’s Under-21s come back from behind to triumph.
Villa secured their place in the top eight on Friday night after a penalty shootout win over Southampton following a 3-3 draw after extra-time.
It will be City’s second trip of 2025/26 to the West Midlands outfit following our League Phase encounter with the Villans.
Goals from Ryan McAdioo, Mamad Sangare, Isaiah Dada-Mascoll and Christian McFarlane helped City earn a 4-0 win and three points to help us secure our third-place finish in the League Phase.
