Godts stuns Arsenal scouts
Arsenal scouts watched Ajax wonderkid Mika Godts score an outrageous goal at the weekend, TEAMtalk claims.
The Belgian went viral on social media after dribbling through NAC Breda's entire defence and rounding the keeper. Arsenal scouts witnessed this piece of individual brilliance in the flesh and were in awe of his technical ability.
The Gunners have been keeping tabs on Godts for a few months now and enquired about him earlier this year. Dubbed Belgium's "new Eden Hazard" because of his love for dribbling past players, the 20-year-old is expected to be on the move this summer.
Record fee required for Alvarez

Arsenal will have to break their transfer record if they wish to sign Atletico Madrid striker Julian Alvarez this summer, Ben Jacobs reports.
Atleti have made it clear that the Argentine will not be sold for a fee below the club-record €120m that Barcelona paid for Antoine Griezmann in 2019. The Catalans are also in the mix to sign Alvarez, but there is an acceptance that they can't finance such a hefty deal.
Arsenal's current most expensive signing is Declan Rice, who joined for €116.6m from West Ham in 2023. To sign Alvarez, the Gunners must pay a lot more this summer.
Man Utd in Ederson talks
Jacobs also reports that Man Utd have "made contact" with the camp of Atalanta midfielder Ederson, who is also being followed by Arsenal.
The Brazil international has agreed personal terms with Atletico Madrid, but the Spanish giants have been unable to strike a deal with Atalanta so far, which is why they have begun exploring a deal for Wolves star Joao Gomes instead.
Man Utd have used the opportunity to open talks with Ederson's representatives. Meanwhile, Arsenal are still just "tracking" the Serie A star, who has been linked with a Premier League move for years.
Nwaneri slammed - again
Ethan Nwaneri

Ethan Nwaneri's loan spell at Marseille is getting worse with each passing game. He was an unused substitute - for the third time in Habib Beye's seven games in charge - against Nice at the weekend.
Ahead of the match, the coach questioned the 19-year-old's commitment, saying: "He’s a quality player, but he has to give us way more in his day-to-day commitment. Other players gave way more."
It comes after French media criticised Nwaneri for "persistently" giving off the impression of "nonchalance." He has struggled to perform since the departure of Roberto de Zerbi. His lack of action at Marseille has given rise to rumours that Arsenal could sell him this summer.
Reijnders an option for Arsenal?
Tijjani Reijnders' game time at Man City has dramatically decreased in recent months, despite a strong start to life at the Etihad.
Signed last summer, Reijnders made an instant impact for Pep Guardiola's side. However, his impact waned as the season progressed, and he has consequently fallen down the pecking order.
Calciomercato now claims that the former AC Milan midfielder could be on the move again this summer. Data from SciSports suggests that Arsenal should explore a potential deal for the Dutchman.
