On Wednesday afternoon, United’s Under-18s beat Liverpool 4-1 and Gabriel scored a brace against the Merseyside club.
United’s first team faces Liverpool on Sunday at Old Trafford, and Gabriel’s latest performance was another reminder that he’s ready for the step up to senior football.

When the Premier League fixture list is released, one of the first games United fans look for is Liverpool because of the historic rivalry.
The hatred between United and Liverpool cannot be understated, and Gabriel seems to grasp the rivalry and rise to the occasion.
Back in November, United U18s hammered Liverpool 7-0 and Gabriel scored a hat-trick against the Reds.
