TMW: Defender offers to Milan, Inter and Juventus as Man City set €10-15m price

Nathan Aké will leave Manchester City at the end of this season and has been linked with a move to Italy in recent days.

It’s no secret that Milan are after a new central defender in view of a 2026-27 season that will see them return to playing in the Champions League, barring a late collapse. While Mario Gila is the trendier name, it is possible that another more experienced profile could arrive.

Ake offered to Milan

Milan tried for the former Bournemouth man in the winter transfer window earlier this year, but he ultimately he remained as Pep Guardiola wanted to ensure he had adequate defensive cover for the second half of the season.

Now, TMW report that City will sell Nathan Aké at the end of the current campaign. The Dutch defender hasn’t played much this season, with only 15 Premier League appearances and 29 in total, for 1,445 minutes.

The Premier League giants are aiming to try and refresh their squad which means that several over-30 players will leave. For example, playmaker Bernardo Silva and another centre-back in John Stones will leave too, and both have also been linked with moves to Italy.

Ake was offered to three Italian teams in recent days, the report adds: Juventus, Milan and Inter. The asking price might not be a problem – with €10-15m expected to be enough – and his salary should fall within the parameters too.
