How many trophies have Real Madrid won?
Real Madrid have won the most European titles in the history of the European Cup and the Champions League, with their 15 continental crowns over twice as many as the next challenger.
They are also the most domestically successful club in all of Spain, although recently Barcelona has been able to close the gap. While they still hold more La Liga titles, historically Real Madrid have struggled in the Copa del Rey compared to the other giants of Spain and even those across other big European leagues and their domestic knockout competition.

Of the modern competitions that the two clubs can contest, Real Madrid have won more trophies than Barcelona as their 100 trophies have just about pipped Barcelona's 93.
With Real Madrid leading in both Champions League and La Liga titles, they have the overall lead, but Barcelona's recent catch-up over the past 20 years has been largely focused on domestic football, where they have won more La Liga and Copa del Rey trophies than Real Madrid in the modern era.
