Injuries were unfortunately one of the biggest talking points of Chelsea’s 3-1 defeat to Nottingham Forest, with one of the key incidents involving Robert Sanchez and Morgan Gibbs-White.
The pair clashed heads as the Chelsea goalkeeper came out to sweep up a long ball, with both being forced off the pitch due to concussion protocol.
The same fate had unfortunately met Jesse Derry in the first half when he won a penalty but was caught in the head, sparking immediate fear amongst the players around him at the time.

Robert Sanchez wishes Morgan Gibbs-White well after gruesome head clash
Calum McFarlane gave a positive update on Derry last night, with the overwhelming feeling being one of sadness on a day where he should have been thriving as he made his first Premier League start.
Sanchez also seems okay, posting an Instagram story showing a large gash on his forehead which has already been stitched up.

He also sent a message to Gibbs-White after he came off second best in that battle, wishing the Forest man well in a race to be fit for the Europa League semi-final second leg.
He said: “Seen that you came out worse than me, hope you are ok big man.”
Chelsea will be thankful that Filip Jorgensen was fit enough to return to the squad for this game so he was able to replace Sanchez between the sticks.
The Dane is likely to remain in goal for the upcoming clash with Liverpool if the Blues need to observe the concussion protocol.
Thiago Silva is all of us right now…
What’s the first thing that needs to change at Stamford Bridge?
Robert Sanchez sweating ahead of FA Cup final
The Spaniard will be hoping the after effects of his own part in the clash are not too bad, with Chelsea having one final important game left in the season.
The Blues are less than two weeks away from the FA Cup final against Manchester City, and may fancy their chances as Pep Guardiola’s side continue to fight for the Premier League title.
There may be some positive injury news in the form of Levi Colwill and Reece James, with both being back in the squad for yesterday’s defeat.
The centre-back was even brought on to try and solve their defensive woes, even if it was a risky decision from McFarlane.
