There are a lot of questions about whether or not New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel is going to step down as head coach of this football team. A lot of it has to do with his off the field relationship with former NFL reporter Dianna Russini. New England finished with a 14-3 record last season. They went to the Super Bowl and lost to the Seattle Seahawks.

They will have a tougher schedule this season. Many people are expecting the Patriots to acquire Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown at some point this offseason. Well, if Vrabel is not the head coach of the Patriots, will it affect the Eagles potentially Brown to that team?

Adam Schefter of ESPN was on 97.5 the Fanatic in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Andrew Salciunas of 97.5 asked him if Vrabel stepped down, would it affect the Eagles potentially trading Brown to New England? Schefter responded,
“There are 0 Plans. Mike Vrabel Has Zero plans to step down. The Patriots don’t have any plans for him to step down. Today as we’ve seen in this particular situation it continues to take twists and turns where they story maybe subsiding and it’s not.”
This is never going to end this story before the season. There is a chance that it could get out of hand at some point and maybe then Vrabel might be forced to resign as Patriots head coach.
