Eagles deliver massive staff update with promotion at key position

After all the departures from the Philadelphia Eagles' front office, they finally announced some good news: someone won't be leaving and will be joining forces with general manager Howie Roseman.

The Eagles have made several moves in an update regarding the football operations staff, with eight changing positions and two being new hires.

Adam Berry - Assistant General Manager

Dan Ryan - Senior Director of Team Operations

Matt Leo - Director of Player Engagement

Zachary Steever - Director of Football Research and Strategy

Grant Reiter - Director of Football Administration

Zach Drapkin - Assistant Director of Personnel Strategy

Isabel Pantle - Senior Quantitative Analyst

Samantha Harvey - Video Assistant (New Hire)

Clara Montenegro Duberke - Player Personnel and Football Operations Coordinator (New Hire)

Marlon Sanders - Video Manager

There were also other changes announced to the staff, separate from the front office moves. The scouting department and sports medicine department also saw changes.

Joe Douglas - Senior Vice President of Player Personnel

Phil Bhaya - Vice President of Player Personnel

Alan Wolking - Vice President of Football Operations and Strategic Initiatives

Jeremy Gray - Director of Player Personnel

Lee DiValerio - Assistant Director of Pro Scouting

Preston Tiffany - Southeast Area Scout

Terrence Braxton - NFS Scout

Mike Maccagnan - Personnel Executive (New Hire)

Caspian Svenson - Pro Scout (New Hire)

Fred Hale - Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach (New Hire)

Eagles announce multiple changes to the front office

The biggest news is Berry's promotion to assistant general manager, as he takes over for Alec Halaby, who recently left the organization to pursue a career in finance. Berry's brother, Andrew, is the general manager of the Cleveland Browns.

After a year back on the team, Douglas moves up the rankings, as he is at the top level of player personnel. An interesting hire is that Douglas isn't the only former New York Jets general manager on the staff; Maccagnan is joining as well.

The Eagles might finally be able to get past all the front-office changes and, hopefully, keep the core group together.
