A damning report has emerged claiming that six Real Madrid players are refusing to speak to Alvaro Arbeloa amid a complete breakdown in their relationship.
There were high hopes for Real Madrid this season when Xabi Alonso replaced Carlo Ancelotti as manager.
However, Los Blancos flattered to deceive with the Spaniard at the helm, and he was relieved of his duties after just seven months in charge.
Arbeloa was named as his replacement on an interim basis, but he has been unable to transform Real Madrid's fortunes.
It is almost inevitable that Real Madrid will end the season without a trophy, with the club falling short in every cup competition they entered and trailing Barcelona by 11 points with four games to go in La Liga.

There have been multiple reports of in-fighting at Real Madrid in recent times. Antonio Rudiger has been at the centre of some unsavoury incidents behind the scenes.
The German defender is reported to have been involved in a training ground bust-up with Alvaro Carreras. The former Chelsea player has also come under fire for repeatedly slapping one of Real Madrid's coaches during training.
Marca claimed on Wednesday that Federico Valverde and Aurélien Tchouaméni were involved in a 'heated argument' and 'nearly came to blows' during training.
The two players are said to have squared up to each other and shoved one another in 'one of the most heated exchanges ever seen at Valdebebas.'
Kylian Mbappe has also been slammed in recent times, with his recent actions sparking a petition calling on the club to sell him. At the time of writing, it has been signed by 28 million people.
Marca have also stated that as many as six players no longer speak to Arbeloa. While the six players have not been named in the report, Football Espana have said it is 'easy to identify a few of them.'
Arbeloa has clashed with a number of Spanish players in the Real Madrid squad, including club captain Dani Carvajal, Raul Asencio and Dani Ceballos. The latter reportedly told Arbeloa he'll 'never play for the club again' after their falling out.
Carreras and Arebloa's relationship is also said to be strained. The 43-year-old reportedly believes the former Manchester United and Benfica defender has a 'bad attitude.'

Carreras took to social media to address recent reports about him and his bust-up with Rudiger. He wrote on Instagram:
"In recent days, certain insinuations and comments about me have emerged that do not correspond to reality," Carreras posted on Instagram.
“My commitment to this club and to the coaches I’ve had has been unwavering since day one, and it will continue to be so.
“Since I returned, I have always worked with the highest level of professionalism, respect, and dedication. I have fought very hard to fulfil my dream of returning home.
"Regarding the incident with a teammate, it was an isolated matter without importance that has already been resolved. My relationship with the entire team is very good.”
