One could possibly ask Samuel what he means by “leader” and what the men Vrabel “leads” have been doing with or without their families. Just a thought.

It’s hard to imagine the Patriots’ organization not growing progressively more worried about this situation. When a head coach tells his players to trust him, the words would be coming from a coach who, early on, said this when pressed about his relationship with Russini, according to pagesix.com via The Athletic.
“These photos show a completely innocent interaction, and any suggestion otherwise is laughable. This doesn’t deserve any further response,” Vrabel said at the time.
And yet, Vrable has people coming to his defense. It seems like they believe integrity can hold on the field even if it fades when the games end.

Quarterback Drake Maye said the team doesn’t face distractions, according to ESPN.
“I mean, he's our head coach,” Maye said. “I think he's done a great job of talking to us and talking us through it. I'm just looking forward to getting back to work and getting ready.
“I know he's got the right mindset, and I know he's a great human being. I think he's … like I said, I love playing for him.”
Let’s repeat that: “I know he’s a great human being.”
With all of the reports out about the length of his extramarital relationship with Russini, how does Maye put Vrabel in the “great human being” category?
Does that mean as long as a coach has a winning season and gets his team into the Super Bowl, he’s a great human being even if he has disappearing morals off the field?
