Cardinals rookies select jersey numbers, Jeremiyah Love to keep college number

The Arizona Cardinals have released their 2026 roster with every player’s jersey number, including the seven rookies drafted in April.

Of the seven, three chose to keep their college jersey number and four will be sporting a new digit.

Here are the Cardinals’ rookies’ jersey numbers:

Love, Proctor and Sharar will all wear the same number they wore in college. Love’s No. 4 was available after Greg Dortch signed with the Detroit Lions this offseason and Proctor got his No. 94 because Arizona released Dalvin Tomlinson during the offseason.

As for the new numbers, it’s no surprise Beck picked out a new number. The former Hurricane wore No. 11 at Miami. Fans were wondering what number the quarterback would pick in the NFL now, since his college number hasn’t been worn in a Cardinals uniform since Larry Fitzgerald donned the digits.

He landed on No. 19, which will be a completely new number for him. Beck wore No. 15 at Georgia and No. 18 in high school.

Bisontis will downsize his number after wearing No. 71 in college. That number currently belongs to Jon Gaines II in Arizona.

Virgil will go from a single digit to double digits. Mack Wilson Sr. will wear No. 1 for the Cardinals in 2026, the number Virgil wore as a Texas Tech Red Raider.

Lastly, Williams will increase his jersey number after wearing No. 50 at Ole Miss. Jack Gibbons currently wears that number in Arizona.
