Chelsea fans discuss who should be sold out of Cole Palmer and Enzo Fernandez

Cole Palmer and Enzo Fernandez are two of the best players in Chelsea’s squad.

In fact, Palmer may be the best outright, while Fernandez has arguably been the top performer at Chelsea this season.

During the current campaign, both players have been linked with moves away from Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea fans split on Cole Palmer and Enzo Fernandez

It is not guaranteed that Palmer or Fernandez will leave west London this summer, but The Chelsea Chronicle thought it would be interesting to ask supporters which one they would keep if they had to pick one.

The responses on TalkingPoints varied, with some wanting Palmer to stay, while others preferred Fernandez.

It has been claimed that Chelsea will have to make one big sale when the transfer window opens, and Fernandez is thought to be the leading candidate to go.

Palmer and Fernandez are not the only ones who are capable of generating the club a significant amount of money.

Joao Pedro has had an excellent season and has probably seen his value increase. Pedro is attracting interest from Barcelona, though financial constraints at the club may make it difficult for them to meet the Brazilian’s valuation.

With all of that being said, Chelsea should not be contemplating selling any of their top players in the summer.

You can only keep one, Enzo Fernandez or Cole Palmer. Who are you choosing?

Chelsea need to retain Cole Palmer and Enzo Fernandez

Next season, Chelsea’s main objective will be getting back into the Champions League. That is going to become an even more difficult task if they sell Palmer or Fernandez.

Again, they are two of the team’s best players and bring a lot to the side in attack. Before this campaign, Palmer was a goal and assist machine, while Fernandez has developed into a goalscoring midfielder.

You are only going to go backwards if you sell players of their calibre. Ultimately, Chelsea need to keep hold of both Palmer and Fernandez, or else the 2026/27 season could be another disappointing one for the Blues.
