Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has still not returned to team training and is therefore not expected to face Chelsea in the Premier League this weekend.
Salah missed last weekend's trip to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United due to the injury that he suffered against Crystal Palace. He told Steven Gerrard last week that he would definitely return before the final fixture of the season against Brentford, and "hopefully" before.
The Egyptian will leave Liverpool a year ahead of his contract expiring when the summer comes. He penned a new two-year deal around 12 months ago, but both parties have agreed to part ways.

In the last couple of weeks, Salah has done various interviews reflecting on his time at Liverpool. He has generally avoided the spotlight, but has been speaking with a few broadcasters ahead of his departure.
"The three of us had a desire to succeed and achieve stuff, and Bobby had a big role in that because he had to drop for us," Salah told Super Sport when he was asked about the famous front three he formed alongside Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane.
"He had to sacrifice himself for us a little bit so that we can play our game. We both, me and Sadio, were driven by scoring goals and challenging each other.

"I think it was healthy for us and it was necessary. Klopp also let us grow and challenge each other, and it was very helpful for the team.
"We knew how to play football and we had the desire. If you have the desire, you can achieve big things. We three had the desire. Bobby just liked to enjoy his football and didn't care too much about the numbers.
"There was a period of time, and I don't want to sound arrogant, but we knew that one of the three was going to score. It was very good for the team and for the club as well."
He was also asked about his Liverpool debut, which was against Watford in August 2017.

"I remember the feeling (of making my debut)," Salah added. "I was stressing out for the whole game. It was the first game back [in the Premier League]. In the first half, I wasn't anywhere near it; I wasn't good at all.
"I remember Jurgen Klopp talking to us at half-time and saying, 'Some of you, welcome to the Premier League. Now we have to fight, and we have to win.'
"But I was stressing out. The relief after scoring the first goal, oh my goodness. I don't think I've ever felt as stressed as that game in my life. I expected to score in my first game, but I was stressed."
