Browns sign draft picks with only 2 left unsigned

So far, so good for the Cleveland Browns 2026 NFL draft class, as eight of the 10 rookies have signed their deals at the start of rookie minicamp. The NFL’s Collective Bargaining Agreement has all but eliminated holdouts for NFL draft picks, with the rare exceptions being about guaranteed money and offset language in deals.

That leaves WR KC Concepcion, the Browns second pick in the first round, and S Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, the team’s second pick in the second round, unsigned.
