May 8 (UPI) -- The [Cleveland Browns](https://www.upi.com/topic/Cleveland-Browns/) placed linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah on the reserve/physically unable to perform list, ruling him out for the 2026 season.
Owusu-Koramoah, who hurt his neck in 2024 in an on-field collision, missed the entire 2025 campaign. The 6-foot-2, 221-pound defender was a second-round pick by the Browns in the 2021 NFL Draft.
Owusu-Koramoah, a Pro Bowl selection in 2023, totaled 61 combined tackles 10 tackles for a loss, three sacks, three passes defensed, a forced fumble and an interception over eight starts in 2024.
He logged a career-high 101 combined tackles, 20 tackles for a loss, six passes defensed, 3.5 sacks, two interceptions and a forced fumble over 16 appearances during his Pro Bowl campaign.
The Browns will hold rookie minicamp Friday through Sunday. They will hold their first organized team activity session May 19. Browns mandatory minicamp will be June 9 to 11.
