Josko Gvardiol and Ruben Dias have both returned to training, and could be in the squad for the late kick-off against Brentford. Rodri remains a doubt after missing the midweek draw at Goodison Park.
Gvardiol has been out with a broken leg since January, but could be available for the title run-in to give manager Pep Guardiola a boost.
“He’s training and feels good,” he said at Friday's press conference.
“It’s been many months, last season he was the important player for us with many injuries, he plays all the games, but the body says at one moment enough is enough.
“We are happy he’s back. Hopefully he can help us in the last part of the season and have a good World Cup with Croatia and next season we can have him again at his best.
“He’s an important player, central defender, full-back, can play different roles, he’s so fast and quick.
“Really good. Really good to have him back like Ruben as well.”
City won their last home game against Brentford 2-0, with Rayan Cherki and Savinho netting for the Blues in a Carabao Cup tie earlier this season. Overall City have won 14 of the 23 games played against the Bees, with 2 draws and 7 defeats.
Predicted line-up: Donnarumma, Nunes, Khusanov, Guehi, O'Reilly, Gonzalez, Silva, Cherki, Doku, Semenyo, Haaland
Score prediction: City 3 Brentford 1
