Jets’ Breece Hall signs $45.75 million extension to avoid playing on franchise tag

The New York Jets have made several moves throughout the offseason to improve their team, and that even means bringing back some of their current players. One of those players is Breece Hall, whom the Jets just signed to a contract extension instead of making him play on the franchise tag, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.

“TheJets and star RB Breece Hall have a deal, extending him long-term rather than have him play on the tag. It’s a 3-year, $45.75M deal worth $15.25M per year done by agent[Nicole Lynn] of [Klutch Sports],” Garafolo wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
