One NFL superstar is going viral after one of his old Tweets is resurfacing predicting the Hantavirus nearly six years ago.
In response to the World Health Organization’s announcement that five confirmed cases of hantavirus have been identified among people associated with the cruise ship MV Hondius, health authorities in several countries are racing to identify and contain the outbreak.
According to the World Health Organization, the virus is usually associated with rodents, but it may have been transmitted between humans aboard the vessel. In the wake of the March 11 incident, three people from the ship have died and a few others have turned sick.
Apparently, one NFL star knew this was going to happen six years ago.

NFL Superstar Predicted Hantavirus In Shocking Twitter Post
It was in March 2020 that Tyrann Mathieu took to his Twitter/X account and wrote, “Hantavirus?” Nobody knew what he meant since COVID-19 had starting sweeping the entire globe at that point.
Mathieu was with the Kansas City Chiefs in March 2020, preparing for the upcoming NFL season following a Super Bowl LIV victory the month before:

The COVID-19 pandemic suddenly halted the global sports world that same month. On March 11, the NBA would be suspended. A few weeks later, NHL, MLB, MLS, and college sports paused or canceled their seasons.
In the span of three months, XFL 2.0 halted its first season, declaring bankruptcy.

Possibly, Tyrann Mathieu typed that out as a result of news about a man from Yunnan Province, China, who died in the course of traveling on a chartered bus to work.
After a distinguished 12-year career, Mathieu announced his retirement last year. After playing for the Cardinals, Texans, Chiefs, and Saints, the All-Pro safety retired. A total of 834 tackles, 11 sacks, and 36 interceptions were recorded by him in 180 regular-season games.
