Many here at TST wanted the Rams to draft an ILB to replace Omar Speights as an upgrade. That did not happen. Many here at TST believe they should still try to find another ILB. The Rams signed UDFA ILB Nikhai Hill-Green Alabama. How good of a chance does he have to unseat Speights? Frankly, given the Rams history re this position I don't see any additions at ILB forthcoming.
Many here at TST wanted the Rams to use their highest draft pick to pick a WR. That did not happen. Puka is Puka. DA is aging rapidly & his ability to perform WR2 duties is declining rapidly. The rest of the WR room has not stepped up yet. They drafted CJ Daniels in the 6th rd (great value pick IMO) but how much can we expect out of him in his rookie year? Many TST members want us to pursue a trade for a WR or sign a FA WR. What do you think? Who should we pursue or should we stand pat with who we have?
Many here at TST (me included) wanted the Rams to draft 1 or more CBs in the draft. That did not happen. They signed 3 UDFA CBs, but can we strike lightening in a bottle with 1 or more of them? The Rams had the following 6 CBs last year: Spoon, Williams, Forbes, Durant, McCreary and Wallace. The Rams presently have 4 CBs on the roster who played last year for us or the Chiefs: Watson, McDuffie, Forbes & Wallace. IMO this is our biggest roster hole. How should we address this roster hole? Trade? Signing? Who should we pursue in your opinion?
