May 9, 2026 saw Olivia Culpo sharing a tour video of the couple’s studio home, giving her followers an insight into the huge estate that the two had bought just months after tying the knot on June 29, 2024. As per various sources, the house belonged to George Clooney and was located in the upscale Fryman Canyon section of Los Angeles.

This property is not a joke. It has more than 7,300 square feet of area over three acres and boasts six bedrooms and six bathrooms with an architectural style mixing elegance and luxury from Europe and the current times. Culpo noted that this was one of the most thrilling renovations she had done.
Inside, the house delivers the best-level amenities out there. There is a private screening room, a wine wall, multiple bar setups, and even sports facilities including a basketball court and full-size tennis court. Outside is a resort-style pool and a separate guest house built for hosting.
And here is where it gets interesting, this is not even their only property. McCaffrey allegedly owns several properties in Los Angeles, with his entire real estate worth more than $25 million. His Studio City mansion was purchased for $14.5 million, and Culpo also has another property worth $3.5 million in neighboring Encino. On top of that, McCaffrey previously listed his North Carolina estate for $12.5M.
