Fresh footage of Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini appearing to flirt openly in front of reporters has resurfaced online as scrutiny surrounding their alleged relationship continues to intensify.
The controversy has dominated NFL headlines since photos were published last month showing the pair holding hands at an adults-only resort in Arizona.
Since then, Russini has stepped down from her role at The Athletic, while Vrabel has reportedly undergone counselling, with a series of previously overlooked videos now being revisited amid growing speculation over their alleged romance, including a recording allegedly showing Vrabel and Russini arriving for a boat trip that reportedly took place just months before Russini gave birth to her first son.

The latest resurfaced clip comes from a Barstool podcast appearance in which Vrabel and Russini took part in a Family Feud-style game segment.
During the exchange, Russini — appearing to join remotely from her bedroom — was asked: “Tell me something a man might do to get a woman in the mood.” She quickly responded: “Kiss her,” before jokingly adding, “This is good advice for you guys.” Vrabel then suddenly interjects with: “I’m paying very close attention. I’m so excited.”
At the time, the remark appeared light-hearted and in keeping with the tone of the segment, giving no obvious reason for concern among those on the call or viewers at home. However, in light of the speculation and revelations that have emerged in recent weeks, the exchange has since taken on a very different interpretation.
The footage is understood to date back to April 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when Russini and Vrabel joined the Zoom call remotely from different locations.

Earlier in the week, another clip from the same interview resurfaced online and quickly went viral after Russini made an explicit remark about her sex life with her husband. During the game, Russini was asked to name “something you close your eyes to do,” prompting a surprised reaction after the NFL insider jokingly replied: “When you have sex with your husband or wife.”

The other participants responded with laughter, while some looked noticeably uncomfortable at the remark. Vrabel, seen working on a laptop just off-camera, briefly stopped what he was doing and shook his head in reaction to Russini’s comment.

Barstools founder Dave Portnoy, who is also an outspoken Patriots supporter, responded to the video on Thursday night, saying: "What the f--- is this clip!!! I disavow! There is no way this can be real. Can we just play some football! Hut hut! Blue 42! Blue 42!!! Hut! Hut!"
It is not the first time Russini has been linked to comments perceived as disparaging about her Shake Shack executive husband. A clip from a 2021 episode of Get Up also recently resurfaced, showing Russini speaking about her marriage during a segment that has recently drawn renewed attention online, where she stated that she was married to someone "average."
