Mike Vrabel had an impressive 2025 season with the New England Patriots, after joining them as head coach in January 2025. The franchise managed to go all the way to the Super Bowl, though they lost it 29-13 to the Seattle Seahawks. It was the first time they went to the Super Bowl game after seven years.
But the offseason has been far from comfortable for him. He has been caught in a scandal with prominent reporter Dianna Russini, and fans have found new details in the case.

The whole controversy began when the New York Post’s Page Six published photos on April 7 of Vrabel and Russini at the upscale Ambiente resort in Sedona, Arizona. The photos were from March 28, and show the two holding hands, hugging each other, and spending time in a hot tub. Both of them are married to their respective partners and have children.

Not stopping there, the Post then revealed new photos from 2020 that show them kissing at a bar. This seemingly revealed that they have been in an alleged affair for around 6 years. After that, TMZ also added new details by publishing a photo from 2024 that shows Vrabel and Russini at the Beau Rivage Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi. It was shortly after he was fired by the Tennessee Titans.
Recently, a new video has resurfaced from a 2020 Barstool Sports panel. The clip shows the two participating among others during a virtual Family Feud-style segment hosted by Pat Cassidy. Participants were asked to name something a man might do “to get a woman in the mood.”
Russini responded with her, “Kiss her. This is good advice for you guys.” It is then that Vrabel replies to her with, “I’m paying very close attention… I’m so excited.”

It is not the only video of the two that has resurfaced in recent weeks.

A new footage has also been uncovered from a 2021 outing between Russini and Vrabel. According to TMZ Sports, the pair rented a private boat in Putnam County, Tennessee, in June 2021 while Vrabel was head coach of the Tennessee Titans. Both were married to other people during the outing.
At the time, Russini was approximately six to seven months pregnant with her first child. The video shows her walking ahead with Vrabel following her.
Witnesses reported the two made specific privacy requests, asking staff not to post photos of them together on social media. Vrabel reportedly agreed to take solo photos, while Russini declined to do so.
