Patriots' TreVeyon Henderson reflects Yogi Berra's famous 'I never said most of the things I said' quote

Yogi Berra said some pretty remarkable things, including his classic line, "I never said most of the things I said."

And that was more than a half-century ago -- a time nothing like this era of made-up content on social media.

New England Patriots running back TreVeyon Henderson has to be feeling it at least a bit right now, because he's gone viral on X for something he never even said.

This was the fake post, which suggests Henderson had a lot to say on the Mike Vrabel-Dianna Russini situation:

That's from a self-described "parody account," though, and it isn't real.

Henderson spoke out about it, too:

I have never made a public statement on the Vrabes situation. Respectfully, please stop misspreading false information.

This is more and more common. Accounts are looking to go viral and garner engagement, and they often do it by creating sometimes funny but often harmful words and images.

It's gotta be frustrating for athletes who are in the public eye. They know that their words are scrutinized already, but how about the words they don't even say? That's tough.

Henderson clearly isn't thrilled about it.

Imagine all the things Yogi may have "said" in this era.
