The offseason has not been kind to Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle Fred Johnson away from the football field. A video posted to TikTok by his ex-girlfriend this week, which has since spread widely on social media, contains serious allegations about his behavior during her pregnancy.
In the video, the woman, who identifies herself as Johnson’s ex-girlfriend and is reportedly eight months pregnant with his child, directed pointed questions at her audience. Without naming Johnson directly, she described a situation that was clearly about him:
“If a man were to kick out his eight-month pregnant girlfriend to then be on Hinge the very next day looking for women to have fun with…” She went on to pose follow-up questions about integrity and decency, framing the account as rhetorical but leaving little ambiguity about the subject.

The video was reshared and amplified by NFL reporter Dov Kleiman on X, reaching a large audience within hours of its posting.

Johnson’s standing with the Eagles and what this could mean
Fred Johnson is a 27-year-old offensive lineman who has been with the Philadelphia Eagles. His role on the offensive line has made him a recognizable figure among the team’s roster, though he has not been among the team’s highest-profile names entering the 2026 season.

The woman in the video did not claim any physical harm and framed her account entirely in terms of Johnson’s character and fitness as a father. The allegations are significant in the context of public reputation, particularly for an NFL player whose employer values image alongside performance.
There has been no public response from Johnson or the Eagles organization as of Monday. The Eagles, fresh off a Super Bowl run, will be under scrutiny heading into the season, and any sustained attention around a roster player’s personal conduct adds a layer of distraction the organization will be watching closely.
Whether this remains a social media moment or escalates into something the team formally addresses is unclear. But the video is out already, and at eight months pregnant, the situation is not going to quietly fade from view.
