Everton have more incentive to push for a move for Millwall’s Tristan Crama after his side failed to make the play-off final.
The versatile defender has had an excellent season for the London club but will not have the chance to play Premier League football for the Lions.
The Blues still have plenty left to play for themselves, with European football still within their grasp heading into the final two matches.
Both games are must-wins if they want any hope of finishing in those highly coveted spots.
It would also change how Everton’s summer window looks, but even without European football, Crama would be a good option for the Toffees, and the door may have opened more.

Everton to surely make Tristan Crama move now
Everton have been touted to be in for Crama, and now they will surely be feeling confident about their transfer chances.
After Millwall failed to gain Premier League promotion, the Blues have plenty of leverage to pull the defender away from London.

Former Everton scout Bryan King had said that Crama would stay at Millwall if promoted, but with that possibility now over, the Toffees have a clean run to secure his signing.
Everton are in need of another right-back, with Nathan Patterson far out of David Moyes’ plans and Seamus Coleman’s contract coming to an end.
Crama, who is 24 years old, would offer the Merseyside club a younger a more versatile option for their defence.
The French defender has also played at centre-back throughout the Championship season so far.
Moyes has taken a liking to those profiles of players, with Jake O’Brien filling in at right-back despite being a natural central defender.

Tristan Crama could be low-cost option for Everton
Another benefit of signing Crama is that his fee would likely be fairly cheap based on Championship history.
Other than Nathan Ake, who was sold for £41million by Bournemouth to Manchester City, the fees for defenders around Crama’s age in England’s second tier have not gone above the £20m mark.
The next highest sale for a defender in the 23 to 30-year-old age group is Adam Webster, who was sold to Brighton for £19.2m in 2019-2020.
So, all signs point towards a clean run for the Millwall defender and that they could secure him for a cheaper fee than other right-backs would require.
