Liverpool are ready to make a move to sign Real Madrid superstar Kylian Mbappe this summer after a major fallout behind-the-scenes, according to Football Insider.
The Reds are on the brink of securing qualification to the Champions League next season, and a number of positions are being targeted for the upcoming summer window to ensure that Arne Slot's side, including the forward line, with Mohamed Salah set to depart.
Now the club are preparing to enter the race for Mbappe in a ground-breaking deal due to the ongoing issues at Madrid, with a number of parties understood to be unhappy with the way his time at the Bernabeu.

Mbappe, who has been described as 'the best player in the world', has been involved in a series of bust-ups at Real Madrid in recent weeks, with the club currently going through turmoil after crashing out of the Champions League and losing out on the La Liga title to rivals Barcelona.
That has led to speculation that there could be big changes coming at the Bernabeu, and Liverpool are understood to be keeping a close eye on the situation ahead of a potential move for the France star.
Madrid are expected to make a decision on his future after appointing a new manager, with Jose Mourinho currently leading the race for the job, and Liverpool are ready to be in the conversation to sign him should he become available.

“It would be a huge financial outlay as well for any club if they were looking to sign Mbappe. Transfer fee, wages all included, there’s only a certain few clubs who could afford that.”

Liverpool fans are, rightly, concerned about how the club will go about replacing the output of Salah next season, considering the major drop-off they have had this year without him being at his usual level.
One way to replace him is to bring in someone else who has an absurd output level, and there are not many around who can talk to Mbappe when it comes to scoring goals at a consistently high level.
The France international would enter the Premier League as the best player in the league, and would give the Reds a huge boost in their push of getting back to the top of English football.
