Liverpool commence talks for Ivorian star

With Liverpool preparing for life after Mohamed Salah, it’s been reported that the Reds have commenced negotiations with RB Leipzig for Ivorian star forward Yan Diomande.
According to numerous reports in English and German football media, Liverpool are believed to be front runners for the 19-year-old sensation.
However, a report as per TEAMTalk has now revealed that Liverpool are locked in early talks for the exciting winger with a €100million price said to be the topic of discussion.
“Diomande remains the Merseysiders’ clear priority,” the report reads.
“Negotiations with Leipzig are understood to be at an early stage, although the German club’s valuation north of €100million (£86.5m / $117.8m) presents a significant hurdle.
“Liverpool are exploring structured payments and add-ons to make a deal viable this summer.”
