Newcastle and Liverpool believe that West Ham would consider selling talisman Jarrod Bowen “for less than £60million,” according to reports.
The Daily Mail claim that both teams would consider making a move for the 29-year-old at the end of the season.

Bowen has been with the Hammers for six and a half years, having signed from Hull City during the January 2020 transfer window.
However, it is believed that the London club may give him permission to leave even if Nuno Espirito Santo’s side manage to avoid relegation.
Why West Ham fans should question this rumour
While Liverpool are long-term admirers of Bowen, they do not usually sign players who are close to 30 years of age.
In addition, Newcastle are not in a position to spend £60m on a player at the moment, with the Magpies needing to balance the books through player sales.
Any move would be contingent on offloading Anthony Gordon. While there is interest from Bayern Munich, along with other teams, there are doubts over whether the Bundesliga champions are willing to match Gordon’s £80m valuation.

Bowen has shown no interest in leaving
Another factor that should be taken into consideration is the player’s own wishes. Reports suggest that he is keen on staying in London, and he is settled in the area.
Of course, that doesn’t completely rule out a transfer, but it does suggest that Bowen may end up staying, even if the Irons are relegated.
It should be pointed out that every member of the first-team squad will see their wages cut if they do drop down into the Championship.
Bowen would still be the club’s highest earner, but he will be taking home a lot less money per week.
