L.A. Rams News: Schedule is looking festive (so far)

The Los Angeles Rams are expected to be playing a game the day before Thanksgiving, a league first. Then, there should be another game on Christmas Weekend as L.A.’s schedule looks to be a festive one as the die-hard fans are going to have to plan their holidays around some Rams action.

Of course, many teams and fans will have this happen as well as nothing stops NFL games, not even holidays. So, this season could be a good one, and the holidays could be all the more joyous, if the Rams (or your team) can win.

Tonight, we should see the schedule as it’s intended and that should make for some exciting discussion and will give us plans plenty to prepare for as we’ll know exactly who is playing who and when.

I said this yesterday, but it still holds true: Exciting times.

Please comment on whatever you want, happy Thursday and thank you for checking out Turf Show Times!

“The **NFL** has officially shattered tradition by announcing this **Thanksgiving Eve** game exclusively on **Netflix**. For decades, Thanksgiving belonged exclusively to Thursday and Friday matchups. Now, **November 25** will see the day before the holiday transform into primetime football. This **Week 12** matchup at **SoFi Stadium** in Los Angeles opens the door to a brand-new era of NFL scheduling and streaming partnerships.

The **Netflix package** represents a major shift in how Americans will consume professional football. Multiple games are coming to the streaming platform this season, but this **Thanksgiving Eve game** stands as the crown jewel, capturing unprecedented viewership. Both franchises bring elite quarterbacks and championship pedigree to SoFi’s pristine field.“

“Kevin Dotson said he didn’t care about the “L.A. stuff” when he learned that the Steelers had traded him to the Rams. But there he was, nearly three years later, hitting the switches on a blue lowrider as he drove away from the _Friday_ house after nailing the scenes in his acting debut.

It doesn’t really get more L.A. than that. However, at the time of the trade, Dotson just wanted to prove to the Rams that they had made the right decision to acquire him, which he did as one of the league’s top guards since arriving in Los Angeles. So, yes, Dotson initially didn’t care about everything Hollywood had to offer, but the mass communications major at Louisiana has always had a creative side, so much so that he’s had an interest in doing voiceover work for quite some time now.“

“Mark your calendar, Green Bay Packers fans, because the club will take part in the NFL’s inaugural Thanksgiving Eve game! Micah Parsons wasted no time saving the date already, that’s for sure.

Parsons relishes the big stage; it’s one of many traits that make him a one-man wrecking crew. He’s clearly eager to be [under the national spotlight](https://lombardiave.com/packers-leaked-thanksgiving-eve-game-raises-huge-scheduling-questions) when his Packers travel to SoFi Stadium to face the Los Angeles Rams.“

Los Angeles...Stand Up!!

I am a season ticket holder for the Rams, and I have been a fan of the Rams since I could spell football. Even when the Rams left LA for St Louis, I remained a loyal fan. There is just something about the Blue and Gold and the Horns!!

I notice that a clear cut home field advantage is a challenge when certain teams come to town. The 49er's, Eagles and Cowboys especially. They always seem to come close to matching the number of Rams fans that fill SoFi Stadium. And boy do I hate that annoying chant by the eagles and that Woo Woo Woo after every 1st down by the 49er's!!

I often ask 49er fans where they are from and a lot of them say, "I'm from Los Angeles", and my next question is "why are you repping the 49er's?" The most common answer is for years we didn't have a football team in LA so they gravitated to the 49er's. Especially since the 49er's were winning Super Bowls in the 90's. Well guess what...The Rams are back and have been for over 10 years now!! Now I get it, LA is a melting pot and people are here from everywhere, but it's time for Los Angeles, especially natives to STAND UP for the HOME TEAM!!

GO RAMS!!!
