The Dolphins signed Achane to a four-year contract worth $72 million, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. This is huge for Miami moving forward into the future. He rushed for 1,350 yards on 238 carries and eight touchdowns, along with averaging 5.7 yards per carry. Achane also caught 67 passes for 488 yards receiving and four touchdowns, along with averaging 7.3 yards per reception. He is one of the most underrated running backs in the NFL.

There are a lot of Miami fans who are happy about the team giving Achane a contract extension. This is what some of the fans had to say about it on Twitter:

Worth every penny, one of the best RBs and players overall every Sunday.

If Miami pays RB money like this in 2025, are they blind to how the league wins now, or do they know something about Achane’s impact that the rest of the NFL is too cheap to admit.

Achane was the most talented player on the fins last year before they made their cuts.

He would’ve looked real good in black and gold

So glad they resigned Achane, they identified some core pieces to build around going forward. Need to resign Jordan Brooks as well.

Achane is 24 years old and he is one of the Top 10 running backs in the NFL. This was a bargain for Miami to sign him to this contract here.
