FC Midtjylland winger Darío Osorio is attracting interest from multiple Premier League clubs, with a move to England seen as his most likely destination as it stands.
GMS understands Bournemouth, Crystal Palace and Everton have all approached the Danish club and are currently the main English clubs to watch.
22-year-old Osorio has been scouted in the past by Arsenal, but there is no indication of anything advancing yet. Arsenal's priority in attack remains to find a starting left-winger.
Liverpool also tracked Osario as a teenager but are not an active suitor now.
Midtjylland Reject £17m Dario Osorio Offers
Dario Osorio celebrating
The Chile international has scored eight goals and got 10 assists this season and could be sold this summer, having been at Midtjylland since 2023.
Midtjylland have already rejected offers in excess of €20 million for the winger, who is comfortable operating on both sides, but has been playing mostly off the right, and has even been deployed as a right wing-back.
Osorio has won 23 caps for Chile and has already made over 100 appearances for Midtjylland, including experience playing in Europe. He started as Midtjylland beat Copenhagen 1-0 on Thursday to win the Danish Cup.
According to former teammate Johnny Herrera, the wide man has a similar playing style to Gareth Bale.
He said: “I think that when he stands out more is when he plays like Gareth Bale. He’s half a Gareth Bale lookalike.”
Everton and Bournemouth Want to Sign Winger This Summer
David Moyes
Everton are in the market for a new wide player even though the intention is to keep hold of Iliman Ndiaye, who is one name on Manchester United's shortlist.
Right-winger Tyler Dibling has struggled for form since his move from Southampton, leading Everton to explore options on the right. On the left, the Toffees hope to sign Jack Grealish, whether permanently or via another loan.
Bournemouth are keen to add another winger despite having both Amine Adli and Marcus Tavernier on the left. Arsenal's Leandro Trossard is another player appreciated, although no approach has been made to date.
Bournemouth are delighted by the impact of Rayan on the right and the Brazilian is not expected to leave this summer so soon into his time with the Cherries.
Crystal Palace Likely to View Osorio as Right Wing-Back Option
Steve Parish
Crystal Palace added Brennan Johnson from Spurs in January, who prefers to operate off the right. Yeremy Pino has been utilised off the left in a 3-4-3 and it will be interesting to see whether Crystal Palace's new manager deploys the same formation as Oliver Glasner. Palace already have plenty of versatile players, including Ismaïla Sarr, but are still eyeing up more goals and creativity.
Osorio has regularly been used as a right-wing back and it is likely, if Palace progress with their interest, they'll see Osorio as cover or competition for Daniel Munoz. The Eagles also have high hopes for 19-year-old Caleb Kporha, who has had this season impacted by a long-term back injury.
Midtjylland will not stand in Osorio's way even though he only signed a new four-year contract in January, but suitors know bids of €20m+ will be required for the Danish club to sanction a sale.
