Von Miller did some of his best work in the NFL for the Denver Broncos, including a Super Bowl ring.
So yes, it makes a lot of sense that Broncos fans would be excited about the idea of Miller playing back in Denver in 2026 even at age 37.
It's something that Miller is at least teasing, posting a photo of himself on his Instagram in a Broncos uniform with his newer number, 24, along with a grinning devil emoji:
Scary: The legendary Von Miller posted himself wearing a Broncos No. 24 jersey on his IG...👀

Miller does enjoy using his social media to send messages like these, so it's not clear whether the interest would necessarily be mutual from the Broncos.
But if it is, it might not be as exciting as it seems.

Is Von Miller still any good?
The major problem is that, after a bunch of injuries and with the passage of time, Miller isn't as good as he used to be.
He actually played in 17 games for the Commanders in 2025, and he had 9.0 sacks in a situational role, so Miller can still make an impact.
That's about the best the Broncos could hope for, though. Before 2025, Miller hadn't played a full season's worth of games since 2019.
Denver would have to expect Miller to miss some time with injury, and his 9.0 sacks in 2025 were also his best since 2021, so it's unlikely he'd repeat that, either.
Miller would bring leadership and a winning pedigree, and that's worth something. It's just not necessarily something the Broncos need to make happen.
