With just hours left until the entire 2026 NFL schedule is announced, another leak has revealed details for one of the New England Patriots' matchups.

The Patriots began their 2026 run to Super Bowl LX with a 16-3 home win against the Los Angeles Chargers in the AFC wild-card round.
Los Angeles had a big offseason, hiring former Miami Dolphins offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel to lead star quarterback Justin Herbert's group.
The Chargers also signed former New England guard and first-round pick Cole Strange in April to join a stacked offense that includes standout wide receiver Ladd McConkey and running back Omarion Hampton, who was the 22nd overall pick in 2025.
The news of the Patriots' Week 12 "Sunday Night Football" matchup against Los Angeles comes on the heels of Thursday morning's report that New England will face the Seattle Seahawks, Pittsburgh Steelers and Jacksonville Jaguars in Weeks 1, 2 and 3, respectively.
