The Seattle Seahawks’ 2026 regular season schedule is all set, starting with a Wednesday night kickoff and Super Bowl banner unfurling night against the New England Patriots. Before we get to September’s regular season action, there will be a trio of preseason games in August.
Whenever a team has an extra home regular season game, the NFL reduces the home preseason offering to just one. We’ll see the Seahawks’ lone Lumen Field exhibition against the Brian Schottenheimer-led Dallas Cowboys, whom Seattle will play on a Monday night in Week 13 of the regular season. They’ll head to Nashville to play the Tennessee Titans for the second time over the last three preseasons, and their final exhibition game will be at the Kansas City Chiefs, another would-be Seahawks primetime opponent.

If you’re fretting about the two games not shown nationally on FOX, don’t worry! NFL Network will announce preseason simulcasts in the coming weeks, so if you live out of market this is another viable option to watch Seattle’s exhibitions. There are also a host of secondary affiliates in the Pacific Northwest that carry Seahawks preseason broadcasts, plus the games are available to live stream on Seahawks.com.
