The Jacksonville Jaguars took an unusual approach to their 2026 schedule release video.
Their video started out with star quarterback Trevor Lawrence sitting in a barber's chair, and as snippets of his golden locks were cut off, graphics of Jacksonville's 2026 opponents flashed across the screen.
By the time the one-minute and 49-second long video was finished, Lawrence had a drastically new look, and fans flooded the comment section with strong reactions about watching Lawrence's luscious locks hacked off and lying on the floor.
"Every time the Jags take a L you gonna see this pic lmaooo," one fan quipped.
"Impossible to look more like the city you play for," another fan jabbed.
"Went from Thor to Clay Aiken 🤣," joked a third fan.
"How the hell does he look more like Ellen (DeGeneres) then Ellen does," asked one user.
"That’s a good look for a guy in a fall out boy cover band," another user replied.
"No disrespect, but he went from Trevor to Karen lol," remarked another user.
"Looks like he's about to demand a manager right [expletive] now," one fan stated.
"Either this just cursed their entire season or they're a super bowl lock no in between," another fan exclaimed.
Some fans were convinced Lawrence was wearing a wig, while others believed the photos circulating on social media were AI-generated.
But the Jaguars squashed those theories by posting a photo of a clean-cut Lawrence throwing a pass in practice with a caption that read: "QB1 so aerodynamic now 😮💨."
