Bengals won’t appear in primetime game until November, per report

CINCINNATI (WXIX) - More games and details about the Bengals 2026-27 season schedule are being reported.

Joe Burrow and the Bengals will start the season with seven straight games kicking off at 1 p.m., according to NFL insider Jordan Schultz.

After a long stretch with no primetime games, Cincinnati will go back-to-back in stand-alone games, Schultz says.

The Bengals first primetime game of the season will come on Sunday Night Football in Week 10 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Schultz reports.

In Week 11, the Bengals will take on the Washington Commanders on Monday Night Football, the NFL insider says.

If Schultz is correct on the Bengals schedule, we now know five of Cincinnati’s 17 games.

The Bengals will open the 2026-27 season at home against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, according to Schultz.

The NFL insider also reports the Bengals will host the Baltimore Ravens on New Year’s Eve for Thursday Night Football in Week 17.

Earlier this week, the NFL announced the Bengals will travel to Madrid to play the Atlanta Falcons on Nov. 8.

The entire 2026-27 league schedule will be released Thursday at 8 p.m.

Watch FOX19 NOW+ at that time as Joe Danneman and Jeremy Rauch talk about the marquee match-ups and give a full breakdown on the Bengals schedule.
