The Jaguars and Florida High School Football recognized and named their 2026 Girls All- PREP team on Wednesday, May 6. Athletes were chosen based on their on-and-off the field achievements and were considered the best in the area at their respective positions. The Jaguars and Academy Sports + Outdoors invited the 25 athletes, plus the 2026 DREAM BIG Scholarship recipients and Coach and Player of the Year, to a local store where they were recognized with a custom jersey and Jaguars swag from WR Jakobi Meyers and a $200 shopping spree to celebrate their achievements with their mother/mother figure ahead of Mother's Day.
Scott Conroy, Ponte Vedra Head Coach, was named the 2026 Jaguars Girls Flag Coach of the Year. As the inaugural coach of the Ponte Vedra Sharks, a program only in its second year, Conroy guided the Sharks to a perfect 19-0 record through the state regional semifinals, as they continue to advance into the Florida High School Flag State Tournament. In its first two seasons in the program's existence, the Sharks have compiled an incredible 33-3 record, a remarkable 91.6 winning percentage — a level of success rarely seen from a program still establishing its foundation. The Sharks are currently ranked No. 4 overall in Florida by FloridaHSFootball.com, No. 3 overall in the state by MaxPreps, and No. 3 nationally in the MaxPreps National Spring Flag Football Rankings.
