Arvind Kumar has taken over as the Director (Finance) of National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers.
Prior to this, Kumar was serving in senior leadership positions in the finance function in Indian Oil Corporation Limited as well as Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited.

Kumar, who holds the educational qualifications of M.Com., a fellow member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India and an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

According to a statement, he possesses rich and diverse experience in the areas of financial management, internal audit, budgeting, banking, taxation, commercial accounting, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Kumar is known in the sector for his professional competence, analytical approach and extensive experience in finance, audit and corporate management.
