The Indianapolis Colts absolutely killed it with their 2026 schedule release video. Including The Simpsons and the memes that go along with it was a brilliant idea, and they certainly earn an A-grade for the effort.

The Simpsons is an older show, which is hard to believe at this point. This video aims toward the crowd that is at least 25 years of age or older. The newer generation likely hasn't seen The Simpsons compared to fans who are a few years older. Either way, this video is hilarious and will make many of all ages laugh.
First, before anything, was a tribute to Jim Irsay with “For the City, For the Boss, For the Shoe.” Then, it went right to Bart, writing “We will not include Tyreek Hill in these videos” on a chalkboard.

They make note that it has been 4,252 days since they won a game in Jacksonville, and when they later indicate the Week 8 matchup there in 2026, they use the Homer Simpson bush meme of hiding going into hiding. Elite work.
The Week 4 matchup against the Washington Commanders in London is a great scene as well, of Homer getting beaten up by the King's Guard. The change of guard was brilliant work.
Last but not least, the Week 17 matchup in Cleveland against the Browns bit was hilarious. They just straight up say that it is boring. This was followed by Homer saying that Florida is “America's wang” for the Week 18 game against the Jags. There is no better way to wrap up the video than cutting it off right after “wang.”
