GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - Sullivan Elementary students traded their desks for drills with the Packers.
The team’s Football Outreach Camp, sponsored by UW Health Kids, set up at Green Bay East High School. The event gave students about an hour to run relay races, practice passing and dive for touchdowns as part of the NFL Play 60 program.
“Even if they don’t like football, they’re having a great time bonding together and running through drills and just having a great time,” said Jake Krueger, football outreach coordinator for the Green Bay Packers.
The event was one of several spring camps the Packers are hosting at schools around Wisconsin.
