Eddie Lacy Shares Incredible Transformation In Post NFL Days (Look)

Eddie Lacy was once dibbed one of the brightest young stars in the NFL when he was drafted by the Green Bay Packers. The Packers selected Lacy with the 61st overall pick in the 2013 Draft. In his first two seasons he rushed the ball 530 times for 2,317 yards, and 20 touchdowns. However, his decline would come during the 2015 and 2016 seasons, much of which was attributed to his weight gain.

However, now that he’s 35 years old, he’s turning his life around.

Eddie Lacy Shares Incredible Transformation After The NFL

During his health journey, former NFL running back Eddie Lacy shared his story with the world. It was during the latter part of his career that the former Alabama Crimson Tide star struggled with his weight. A healthier lifestyle has taken precedence for Lacey since leaving the league:

This is a little uncomfortable for me to share, especially since it’s been a while since I last posted.

A while back I did a 4-day fast. I wasn’t even sure I could do it—but I did, and I felt amazing. I didn’t want to lose that momentum, so recently I started a simple protocol to keep things going… and it’s already been a game changer.

Snacking and overeating have always been a struggle for me, and I know I’m not the only one. Even in just a couple of weeks, my cravings feel way more under control, and it’s been so much easier not to overeat.

What mattered most to me (and my girlfriend) is that it’s natural, purified, and actually backed by real studies.

I still have a long way to go, but I want to start sharing more of the journey and what I’m learning—partly to keep myself accountable, and hopefully to help others too… because let’s be real, a lot of people are struggling with their health right now.

If you’re curious about what I’ve been using, feel free to comment or send me a message. It’s honestly one of the easiest things I’ve added to my routine, and I’m excited to see where this goes.
