Antoine Semenyo and Rayan Cherki
Manchester City beat Chelsea 1-0 to win the FA Cup thanks to a brilliant finish from Antoine Semenyo. The Blues had to work hard for their victory but made the breakthrough in the 72nd minute and held off a late Chelsea surge to be crowned champions.
Semenyo had been guilty of being wasteful on a number of occasions in a game that lacked quality, with the City attack struggling to get going all game. Rayan Cherki was brought on at half-time for Omar Marmoush and Mateo Kovacic came on with 25 minutes still to play.
That helped City to grow into the game and then a moment of brilliance from Semenyo gave them a lead that they would not give up. The win gives the Blues their second trophy of the season and they are still alive in the Premier League.

**Trafford:** Poor to concede a corner and then flapped at it, although he made a decent save with City in the lead. **6**
**Nunes:** Some good, some bad but on the right side of that line with one particularly good bit of defending from Joao Pedro. **8**
**Khusanov:** Risked the referee blowing for contact in the penalty box on several occasions but he didn't so they were excellent pieces of play. **8**
**Guehi:** Made sure he never ended up in risky positions and dealt with any danger that came his way. **7**
**O'Reilly:** Made some poor decisions in the first half but came into his own in the second with some storming runs down the left. **7**
**Rodri:** A calming presence in the team and worked well with Silva and O'Reilly, but it was clear in the second half that his legs had gone. **7**
**Silva:** Covered every blade of grass and was alive to all situations to keep City in control of the game. **8**
**Semenyo:** Guilty of being too wasteful on the ball for much of the game before that sensational winner. **7**
**Doku:** Double-marked whenever he got the ball, but he kept trying and worked well with O'Reilly. **7**
**Marmoush:** Ducked out of some 50/50s and was too soft flicking a leg at the ball when it popped up in the box. Not his day. **4**
**Haaland:** Should have done better when in front of goal but it was neat play that saw him get the important assist. **6**

**Cherki (for Marmoush, 46)** Grew into the game and was too tricky for Chelsea to deal with. **7**
