Stefon Diggs has been one of the most talked about NFL athletes during the 2026 off-season. In just a few short months he has had a number of memorable events take place. In February he lost the Super Bowl with the New England Patriots and was released just a few months later.
He public breakup with Cardi B (and subsequent reconciliation in recent weeks) has made numerous headlines. He was also found Not Guilty in the court of law after an assault/strangulation case made it all the way to a grand jury.

It is not surprising that social media was not able to ignore Stefon Diggs’ fatherly act this week. The forrmer wide receiver for the New England Patriots popped out on May 15 with his baby mama, Cayy Benji, to celebrate Peyton’s first birthday. There was a carnival theme, balloons, and the whole nine yards. An incredibly sweet moment. Fans had a few thoughts regarding the context:

Peyton is Diggs’ child with Instagram model Cayy Benji, born in April 2025, one of three children Diggs welcomed in the same year. That’s right, three. In addition, he has a son, born in November 2025, with Cardi B, and a daughter, Charliee, with Aileen Lopera. This is in addition to daughters Nova and Shiloh from earlier relationships. A total of six children. A total of six women.
Fans are certainly perplexed by this entire situation.
